Bangun Pagi Je...."Hai nak masak apa hari niiii.....?"

 
 
Bila bangun aje dari tidur dah terfikir nak masak apa hari ini....semuanya bergantung pada apa bahan yang tersimpan dalam peti ais....kadang-kadang buntu dan pening juga kepala memikirkannya......
Kak rus menghidangkan Ikan Masam Manis semalam....malas nak buat kari.
Siapa pun boleh mencubanya.Kak rus guna isi ikan merah yang digoreng salut tepung dahulu.Rencahnya mudah...tomato sos + cili sos + sos tiram + sos Worcestershire + sos ikan sikit, dan letaklah bahan segar apa yang kita suka seperti bawang besar,bawang putih dan macam-macamlah yang kira boleh dimakan....hehehehe.....


Mempelam yang kak rus beli kat Bukit Gantang tu masih berbaki sebiji....kak rus menggodaknya....jadilah Puding Mangga.....hmmmmm sedap dimakan sejuk-sejuk.

Mango Pudding

Ingredients
(A)
300g evaporated milk
80g sugar
2 ΒΌ tsp konnyaku powder/agar-agar powder

(B)
300g mango puree
20g custard powder
2 egg yolk

(C)
1 tbsp butter


Steps:
1. Mix konnyaku powder with sugar evenly before adding milk. Again, stir to make sure they are well mixed before putting it over low fire. Boil until konnyaku powder dissolved.
2. Mix (B) together until well combined.
3. Pour mixture (A) into mixture (B) and stir until well combined.
4. Stir Step no.3 over low fire until mixture thicken.
5. Remove from fire and stir in butter and colouring.
6. Pour into mould and leave to cool.
7. Chill in the fridge, unmould and serve.
8. To unmould the pudding submerge the mould in hot water for about 30 seconds. Turn the mould over and unmould onto a shallow dish.
