Tak Cukup Tepung ......

 
 
Bila kak rus taip Kek Chiffon Orange di Google keluar bermacam-macam senarai blogs yang telah pun mencubanya.Kak rus masuk satu blog.....rupanya blog Gert.Resepi kek chiffonnya mudah dan tak memerlukan banyak bahan jadi apalagi terus keluarkan peralatan dan bahan-bahan.Kak rus panaskan ketuhar dan terus menggodak telur putih bersama sedikit gula dan cream of tar-tar.Bila tiba masa nak sukat tepung naik sendiri sebanyak 1 3/4 cawan rupanya tak cukup....Tepung gandum pun habis.......alahai nak ke kedai pun dah malas.Alternatifnya kak rus gantikan dengan 1/4 cwn tepung kastard....memang tak cukup lagi 1/4 cwn.Derhaka rasanya kak rus kali ni dengan resepi Gert tapi minta-minta bagilah jadi.....
Alhamdulillah.....nasib baiklah tak dak apa-apa kemungkaran berlaku....kek tu cantik naiknya....dan terima kasih kak rus nak ucapkan kepada Gert kerana kak rus copy resepi dari blognya....TQ



Ingredients :
(A)
1 3/4 cups Self Rising Flour
1/8 tsp of salt

(B)
6 egg yolks
1/2 cup of sugar
3/4 cup Mandarin orange (tangerin) juice/orange juice
zest of 1 orange
1/4 cup of vegetable oil

(C)
3/4 cup of sugar (kak rus used only 1/2 cup)
6 egg white
1 tsp of cream of tartar

1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degree F. Sieve all the (A) ingredient in a mixing bowl until well combined.
2. Mix ingredient (B) until well blended and then add in ingredient (A) and mix until smooth. Set it aside.
3. Beat ingredient (C) in mixer on high speed until stiff peak. It should not fall out when you turn the mixing bowl over. Fold 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolks mixture and continue to do so until egg whites is finish. Remember to fold in gently until well mixed.
4. Pour batter into ungreased 10" tube pan and bake for an hour or used a bamboo skewer to test the cake. Just insert the skewer into the center of the cake and it should comes out clean.
5. Invert cake and let it cool complete in the pan. When is cool, loosen the edge of the pan and remove cake.


Ini pula resepi semalam....malas benar nak menggulai untuk lunch jadi kak rus cuma buat Sphagetti goreng biasa saja main campak-campak.....alahai nasib baik boleh masuk tekak...hehehehehhhhhheeeeeee



Drama Three Sisters pun dah selesai.Sedap pula bila dengar lagu ni....huhuhuhu....wlp tak tahu apa dia kata tapi mesti tangkap leleh punya.....huhuhuhu....Tajuk lagu-Monologue=nyanyian Taiyuan.Syoknya lagu ni juga boleh didengar bila tonton drama Korea Glass Castle.
