Sedap Rupanya Roti Focaccia....

Dah lama dok pendam rasa nak mencuba roti ni....Roti Focaccia.......Sejak bila ya...? Nuuunnnnnnn sejak nonton Jamie Oliver buat di AFC.Hari ni baru berkesempatan nak buat memandangkan pokok rosemary yang kak rus tanam pun nampak hidup segan mati tak mahu....huhuhuhuuuu.Kak rus tanam pokok tu dah hampir setahun....beli kat Cold Storage di Penang.Nasib baik mahu juga hidupnya......heheheheeee.....kesian kat pokok tu hidup di tempat tak kena iklim yang sesuai.
Rasanya lemak-lemak masin gitu....sedap juga kunyah dia saja....tak dok susah nak cari pencicah....tapi kalau ada pencicah rasanya lagi sedap kot.....heheheheeeeee.


Ambil dari dapur ............ My Singapore Kitchen.TQ..........Suhaina.
Ingredients:

* Plain Flour- 2 cups
* Yeast- 1 tsp
* Sugar- 1 tsp
* Warm water- less than a cup
* Salt- 1/4 tsp
* Extra Virgin Olive oil- 1/4 cup
* Dry Oregano- 1/2 tsp
* Dry Rosemary- 1 tsp
* Sea Salt- 1/4 tsp

Method:

* Mix flour with yeast, salt, sugar, oregano and add in the water to form a smooth and soft dough.
* Knead for 10 minutes and add in 2 tbsp olive oil and allow it to rise.
* In a square baking tin line with parchment paper.
* Gently deflate the dough and knead for a minute.
* Place it inside the tin and cover with a cling wrap until double in size. Takes about 30 minutes.
* Make dimples with your fingers and be careful not to deflate it.
* Sprinkle rosemary and pour the olive oil on the top.
* Sprinkle with sea salt and keep for 10 more minutes.
* Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degree C.
* Take out from the oven and allow to cool a bit before slicing.
